The following applies when processing withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The name on the payment account must match the registered name for withdrawals.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• te99 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests after identity verification if required.
• Further detailed verification may be required in the case of suspicious transactions.

The welcome bonus and other promotional offers on te99 are subject to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus — Detailed Rules:

• A 100% bonus will be given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳17,000.
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bets placed using the bonus balance will count toward the wagering calculation.

General Terms Applicable to All Bonuses:

• Each bonus offer must be used within the specified time limit; if it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a breach of bonus terms or fraud is found, the bonus and all bonus-related winnings will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts claim a bonus from the same device, IP address, or payment method, the bonuses on all those accounts will be cancelled.
• te99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

All gaming and betting activities on te99 are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, te99 is obligated to refund the amount of the relevant bet.

• In the event of a technical issue in a game (network disconnection, server problem), the provider's own rules for that game will be followed.
• Automated betting using third-party software or bots is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized Software: Using automated betting bots, screen readers, page scrapers, or similar tools.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Operating Another Person's Account: Accessing or operating a third party's account.

If te99 suspects that a user is involved in any of the above activities, it reserves the right to temporarily freeze all transactions on the relevant account and conduct an investigation.

te99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms.
• At the user's request (self-exclusion or termination).
• If identity verification is incomplete or fails.
• To comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.
• In the case of suspicious financial transactions.
